Delivery Policy

Jeddah & Makkah:
During the period from 15 Sha’ban to 15 Ramadan,
Orders are delivered within 2–3 days.

Orders placed before 10:00 AM will be delivered on the same working day.
Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be delivered on the next working day.
In case of temporary product unavailability at the sorting facility, delivery may take up to two working days.

Other cities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:
Delivery will be completed within 3 to 5 working days via DHL.

International Shipping:
International deliveries take 5 to 7 working days.

Note:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order.
